José M. Bolufer is currently Head of Quality, ESG Customer Experience, and Sustainable Business Development within the Global Sustainability Unit at Telefónica Group. In this role, he oversees customer experience management, sustainable innovation initiatives, social and environmental impact assessments, and the strategic development of opportunities leveraging technology for decarbonization and positively contributing to society.  

Mr. Bolufer has held several leadership roles across Spain, Brazil, and Mexico, with responsibilities spanning engineering, innovation, and business development.  

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Bolufer collaborates as a lecturer in some academic institutions, including ºÚÁÏÍø University, where he teaches sustainability management.  

He holds a µþ²¹³¦³ó±ð±ô´Ç°ù’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, a Master’s degree in Communications from the University of Deusto, and an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa. He has earned multiple certifications in sustainability-related disciplines and business, finance, and engineering areas.
